⁸ And the second angel sounded, and as it were a great mountain burning with fire was cast into the sea: and the third part of the sea became blood;
⁹ And the third part of the creatures which were in the sea, and had life, died; and the third part of the ships were destroyed.

This year and last many world-wide reports of sea turning the color of blood - even in my city beach there was algae bloom and strange eggs washed up on beaches. It's happened in the Yangtze River, England, Australia, Canadian Rockies, France, India "red rain"and Russia, Sweden and other places.  You might want to do a search, there's heaps of pictures from other countries online.
